UpStreet is a Sunday morning environment for elementary-aged kids (K
- 5th grade) that meets every week at 11:00am. It includes
an engaging large group gathering for worship and teaching from the
Bible, followed by a more personal small group time with caring leaders
and children their same age. The small group time allows children to
build quality friendships. We want UpStreet to be the best hour of your
child's week. We work hard to help each child understand and embrace
the following big ideas:
- I need to make the WISE choice.
- I can TRUST GOD no matter what.
- I should treat OTHERS the way I want to be treated.
UPCOMING EVENTS:
Jump Start - February 28, 2010
is a fun and unique 20-minute presentation where parents and children (grades K-5) can learn what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We would love for you and your child to attend Jump Start to find out what every child needs to know about themselves, Jesus, faith, heaven, and salvation.
You will be in Jump Start with your child and then you will be given a take-home piece to help you lead your child to accept Christ as their personal Savior if they are ready. The next Jump Start will be Sunday, February 28th shortly after the 11:00 a.m. worship service, in the UpStreet Room.

Kid Venture - February 6, 2010
Kid Venture is a time when K-5th graders will have hours of fun with their small group leaders. This Kid Venture will take place 9:45am - 12:30pm at the Sports Connection, 11611 Ardrey Kell Road, Charlotte, NC 28277. Students should bring socks, money and two completed permission forms. RSVP to Patrick Mitchell by February 4.
